how long is NVC processing time ?

My case has been approved on Oct 6 (F2a catagory-minor child of LPR ) and my priority date is on july 2001 ( now is currant corresponding visa bullten ).My file has sent to NVC
would be helpful if any one advice me how long does it take time that I will recieve Package 3 from NVC.
