hi every body
i need help ,a women who is american citizen frauded with me, i lost a lot of money because she said she need money for paper works to bring a person of my family to USA.
i have all proofs against her including money sending papers and i know her address and all other things , can somebody please help me how i can take this women to court and what i have to do to file a report against her to US immigration
this women is already married and his husband is still without green card after 3 years of marriage
i dont live in usa but i can come to usa anytime if it is good to sue her in USA.
Please if some one know the best way to proceed in this case i will be very great full for your help because if this women can cheat me on name of friendship she can do with others too and i dont want more victoms

Hey you,

First of all, stop lying. You are not suing her to help other to become her victime. That's none of your business. Now, that's being said, if she scamed you, well sorry for you. You cannot sue her in USA. You can report to immigration services for Fraud. But again, assuming you have the right information about her, your report may not have any effect at all. If other people previously filed complaints against her, USCIS may take you seriously. Otherwise, the only thing you can do is to feel sorry for your dumb a ss. Get it? Next time, you will learn to be a street smart.

What was she going to do for your family member? You could report her to ICE, but if a member of your family was considering marriage to her as a means to enter the country and was "buying" her services, reporting her could pretty much put the kibosh on ever coming to the USA.

How did you know her? Does she has what it takes to do that? It depends on you because you cannot sue her if it is a business period. She may sue you for impersonation. Try to seek help from a reliable immigration lawyer.

akinwale yes i have talked with immigration and i have safed her emails in which she asked money and all papers with her bank account details i have submited on fbi fraud site i am waiting for some more days then i will go to USA and sue her there
i knew her through internet she become my friend then as i am very young and she is a old ***** so i fell in her game .
if someone of u can give me some more guideline i will be greatful i have all proofs as i told u AND KUMMNA IF U WANT TO BE HER LAWYER U R WELLCOME BUT I AM NOT STREET SMART MAY BE BUT NOT AN EASY .....

Dont jump to the gun so fast. The last thing I want to do on earth is to be her lawyer. I was upset, because I have been in the same situation. I got abused by an american girl as well. And guess what? There is nothing the government can do for you in that regard. When it comes to immigration matter, you guilty until proven innocent and your american partener is innocent until proven guilty. I am still trying friendly ways to divorce her and she is still hanging on my last dime. Just to give you an idea, I put her in charge of paying our taxes back in 2003. I personally gave her the check to put in our join account and pay the taxes. Well, IRS recently came after us to reclame the owed taxes. After I went thru the bank statement, I found out that she did not make any payment. Of course, I confronted her with the facts and all she did was to shut up. In million years, I would not have imagined her being capable of such thing. But that's life, I have learned my lesson.

I wish there was something that can be done for you. But, unfortunately, there is not. The best bet is to hope that FBI will investigate the case. If she's caugt, she will get punished. Either way, dont expect a compensation.

Next time you are dealing with an american woman, be careful. She can be very dangerous.

I am not giving legal advice here and I am posting this from a neutral stand point.

First, you ought to know that committing fraud is a very serious crime according to the laws of the United States of America. Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 1001 states in part:

"whoever...knowingly and willfully falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact; or makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry; shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both."

Further, Title 8 of the United States Code, Section 1325, as amended states in part:
"Any individual who knowingly enters into a marriage for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or fined not more than $250,000, or both."

Also, Section 204(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act in part states:
"...no petition shall be approved if (1) the alien has previously been accorded, or has sought to be accorded, an immediate relative or preference status as the spouse of a citizen of the United States or the spouse of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, by reason of a marriage determined by the Attorney General to have been entered into for the purpose of evading the immigration laws, or (2) the Attorney General has determined that the alien has attempted or conspired to enter into a marriage for the purpose of evading the immigration laws."

This is a grievous felony. These resolutions apply to both people committing the crime. You or your family member can kiss your immigration future in the US good bye. Because you personally admitted you have committed fraud. Not only that, but you have kept good records of your crime. You well documented your illegal activities . You can be sure that a file for fraud has been opened with USCIS and I won't be surprised if you are denied entry to the US whether under immigrant or non immigrant visa. In your case now, you will have to prove that you did not commit fraud and not the other way around, which is impossible since you have proved you have committed fraud, by sending money in return of marrying to enter the US.

Finally, I doubt the FBI or ICE will do anything against the woman. Unless she is a member of a gang that traffics in immigrants or unless she has done this numerous times, they will not waste their time or resources with her.

First of all me or any member of my family we never applied in usa embassy for immigrant visa or other visas my family has nothing in there data.Kummna this women whos age is twice of mine she cheated me on the base of friendship,humanity and religeon too .
Publics i never asked her to do this she proposed me by saying that this is not a crime in usa lol and she said she just want to help me which i refused first time and i have proof of this too.this women is already married with a men since more then 3 years and this person is not even able to get a conditional green card i think immigration has already doubts on her.
Publics i am citizen of an EU country and i dont need visa to enter in USA and i visited USA one time only for some days and i came back with in time and my family member for whom this women asked me she knows his first name only and immigration can only know the same thing maximum.this women manuplated me phycologicaly by using the grounds i mentioned above . i have sued her in my native european country too .actualy she asked me money several times some times for her childrens because they have nothing to eat etc etc.
PUBLICS wht do u think a women who is already married with an allien if this women ask u to send her money to get divorce and to do paper work for that person so he can come to usa is this is not a crime itself?

PUBLICS it was jut not a usuall way that she asked me mony and i sended this is a realy proffesional trick and game and if it was me who wanted this if it was me then i would have gone to usa and have stayed there and deliverd money there not through bank.
but i was there to see her and she frauded a lot of months after.
KUMNA dear belive me it is not my money that i am sad but it is friendship humanity and confidence which is gone and kumna i told u belive me i am victom u can ask more but i am not going to give more details here. i dont care for that money but i do care that i am not the first victom and if i dont stop her this snake is going to bite more peoples .
just like u said KUMNA IN MILLION YEARS I WOULD NOT HAVE IMAGINED HER BEING CAPABLE OF SUCH THING (same here friend).
plz tell me wht is better for me ,i stay here in my home country and wait for fbi to contact me or i go to usa and sue her there?
