485A supplement was in conjuction with 245I "amnesty". for $1000 you could wash away the no inspection sins. 245I is over. hope someone is not telling them they can apply for this now.
They are not eligible to file the I-485 Supplement A without a petition filed on or before 4/30/01.
Whats the story.
Beware of the misinformation center.
There is some talk about late amnesty filings .. but nothing concrete that I have heard.

This is what it says besides purpose under supplement A: "To provide supplemental information to USCIS on persons seeking to adjust status under the provisions of section 245(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act"

the late amnesty you refer to is for legalization cases not 245(i).Comment
