Hi,

K-1 filed. Received Mar 20 by BCIS. Anticipated interview around mid to late October. Texas service center. Moscow consular applies.

1. When should she start working on her police report? Its good for only 90 days, yes? I ask because I've heard if she can do this beforehand it saves time vs being notified by Moscow to procure this.

2. How far in advance can she do the physical? I hear it has to be within 2 business days of the interview date.

3. Needs a certified/notarized/translated official copy of her birth certificate, yes?

4. What about vaccination records? What if she can't produce this?

Sorry. I'm sure these questions have already been answered a gazillion times.

We go through Moscow's embassy as well. We already have an interview date on Aug 17 2004 but for a different IR1 visa not K-1. Once Service Center forwards you I-129F to NVC it'll take between 4-6 months from the NVC receiving your petition and the date of the interview.
