  • petition to my parents(AND THEIR DAUGHTERS)

    I AM CONFUSED...IF I MAKE A PETITION TO MY PARENTS I-130 TO EACH ONE /////WHICH IS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE THE PETITION TO MY SISTERS THEY ARE 18 AND 16 YEARS OLD. I AM CITIZEN. MY SISTERS LIVE WITH MY PARENTS AND ALL OF THEM ARE IN USA. THEY CAME WITH TOURIST VISA 5 YEARS AGO.

      Never heard of tourist visa for 5 years. You mean they lied and cheated. They broke the law and you want them to be legal. Good Luck.

            uauau the law protect my fathers because they can wait here for their permanent resident ..I try find help here and only the people said I lie or they lie .......so what do you think about the 245i that will be worst....I dont know what happen here..do you know that are more than 11 millions of people illegal or undocuments here in USA ...and many senators (like Kennedy ) help this people when they discuss about a new immigration reform..and now Obama and Mc Cain also taking about that people and no body talk they lie o cheated ........bye

                You have to petition your sisters separately as well. So, in total, 4 petitions.

                Are they under TPS?

                  aneri ..they are not under TPS////////////////// do you know if the kids can take the visa under derivate status as a child I mean that the kids applied with evidence that the application for the parent was granted perm??

                    Category "parent of USC" does not allow derivates.

                    Your sisters may be directly petitioned by you, or by your parents once they become permanent residents themselves (child of permanent resident).

                    I was wondering what you meant by

                    There are not that many options for that... You made a point how they enetred the USA, but did not disclose what their curent status is... Anyway, that may not be too big of an issue in your parent's case, but it may affect your sisters ability to become permanent residents down the road. Keep in mind that, in best case scenario, that will happen 5-6 years from now.
