  • Immigration rules (green card, etc.) and HIV+

Recently I've been diagnosed with HIV. In the same time I' ve been preparing some papers in order to get married with a US citizen in my home country, not in USA, and then after it I would come to USA.. Can anyone tell me what are my chances of getting a green card because of my new diagnose? When do they ask for a blood test? If it matters, it's the early stage of a dissease, no medicins required for now.
