I went to my interview and was told my husband needed a co sponser because i fell below the guidline. my daughter and my niece was on my w2 as my dependants for 2006 so that made my household dependant 4 including my husband.I sent them to live with my husband so now for 2007 its only me on the w2 no dependants i make 32,000 a year could i submit the 2007 instead of getting a co sponser.
