I will be writing the state board exam for nursing very soon. But i don't have my papers straightened at all. If i pass this exam and an employer is willing to file for me, do you forsee any problems with the immigration?

You probably cannot adjust your status in the U.S. except through marriage which means that you will not be able to work legally.
