How do u get a visitor visa for a mexican?

Hi. My friend met a girl in mexico - and unlike all those illegals - wants to do things legally (gasp) and get her a vistor visa (border crossing card?) so she can come to la and visit?

What's the process? What's needed - what does she need to do? thanks

Your friend can apply for a "laser visa" at the US Embassy in Mexico City or at one of the 8 US Consulates in Mexico.
