Medical examination for student visa (F1)??

Anyone knows if a medical examination is required in order to be granted the student visa (an F1)?

Because I've got to fill out the school's medical form and I wanted to know if I should go ahead and fill any other medical form neccesary to obtain visa.

No.
You need medical when you AOS to LPR.

Thank you. But what does "AOS to LPR" means? I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with immigration vocabulary.

AOS = Adjustment Of Status
LPR = Legal Permanent Resident
