I'm working on H1B-Visa. I'll get married on June 04, 2005. I'll get my marriage license sometime April (within 60 days). I really want to quit my job. Can I quit my job before i get married but as soon as I get my marriage license. Will I have problem to file my Green Card? Or should i wait till I get married and adjust my status?
    Thanks

Absolutely do not quit your job before you get married. Your H-1B status is conditioned on you working for your employer. It would be better to get married, file the I-130, I-485 and I-765 (work permit). Once you get your work authorization from INS, THEN you can quit your job and work for anybody you want to. You absolutely do not want to be out of status at any time before filing for your green card.
