Thanks for your board and the valuable insights that we gained for free.
Hi every one. I am here since august 1999 with b1/b2 visa. After a year I got in love with an usc girl I am Arabian and so she is, age wise and family wise was perfect and we got marry. We have a big wedding all my family and her family attended. And we live in the same apt fro 2 years. After 3 months of our marriage her mom and brother move with us for temporary but that lass for ever. Any way we have joint bank account, car and life insurance and we file for the immigration together. I got fist interview on August 14 2002 and that was only one menthe before my 2nd year of marriage that's why I got my temporary card. After two more years I apply for removal of conditions "I751" I got a letter from INS say that I have 0ne year extended which ended on August 14 2005. During the marriage we got two cars and house "Note"(every thing was under my name because every time I try to put my wife name on it don't go through because her bad credit before marriage"
Ok now 5 months ago every thing went down hell. And we going through divorce we sold the house and she got one car and I got one
now for my case in the immigration I have most the document that prove the veiled marriage including witness picture wedding tap bills , insurance , house paper , car papers divorce paper .
my q is until now we legally marry she file for the divorce and may it will occurs in the next couple weeks .what is the best thing to do for my cases I751 pending

    pls help
    Thanks very much
