Pilot program applies to the people who live in Oklahoma, El Paso and Texas. This program which is called also DORA, gives in 90 days the green card. WHo are elegable for this ? Only people who get married, of course who are here legal, parents who apply for children or vise virsa, and also those who have won the diversity visa who live of course in the USA and in the places I mentioned to you before.
