This is regarding my marriage to my spouse who is an American by birth.Thanks.

At my interview, the officer asked how long we were married, where we went for our honeymoon, what I did for a living. She also asked for our wedding pictures (she kept one of our pictures - if you don't want to part with originals, bring a copy). She also took copies of our tax returns, my employment letter, medical results. Interview took only 5 minutes before she stamped my passport.
What I'm trying to say is that there is no specific set of questions the officer will ask. The officer's job is to decide, based on all the evidence you bring and the interview, whether your marriage is bona fide or not.
