YES HE DOES WORK IN MOROCCO WHAT I WAS REFERING TO IS ME. I DONT WORK I AM ON SSD. IF I COULD BRING HIM HERE HE CAN WORK HE SPEAKES MANY LANGUAGES IM SURE HE COULD FIND A JOB HERE ALSO

The quickest way to bring him here is on either a K1 (fiance) visa or a K3 (spouse visa) but both are non-immigrant visas and would require AOS after a few months!
