I was looking into the INA's CFR, and some books on Immigration laws and working of uscis. I have not yet completed my search for the above do have following questions and Look forward to your suggestions.

Temporary Proction Status(TSP) under sec.244A, while reading this section of the law, I think parents of Legal Status applicants can file for if his/her I-130 has been file before April 2001.
Will appreciate suggestions from those who had experince in this matters, from all of you.

you don't need to look any further, just wait for priority date so they can process your sons' I-130.
