Spouse on H1B family in Canadian PR what to do

HI all,
My spouse in on H1B in USA working as a pharmacist and we got our visas to land in Canada as PR 3 months ago, we live in WA state only 150 miles from the Canadian borders.
We intend to land soon and then comeback to USA, but we are very very concerned about going back to US borders as I heard they are very restricted and alway refuse people coming back.
I wonder if we should contact USCIS to confirm that we can return? and if so what is their phone number. I got one but it keeps me waiting for messages for hours.

Get H4 for yourself.. You are not canadian yet. you need a legal entry

I'm on H4 for sure, me and my kids all of us have H4 visa and we have been admitted entry to USA months ago but I'm concerned if we go out, we cant get it again.
I would not stay an hour illegally in USA. That is totally wrong.

KingTuT: I appreciate that you would not remain illegally in America...I wish that 12-to-20 million others had such high moral standards.

One thing, though...I thought that being a permanent resident of Canada meant that you would actually be a permanent RESIDENT of Canada!!

Why would you apply for permanent residency in Canada, when you want to live in America? Is Canada just an alternative in case you don't get to remain here? A little bit of country-shopping, perhaps?

Well, me and my spouse applied to different countries me to Canada my wife to USA and we said whichever comes first we will go for it. You wont believe it after 3.5 years of waiting we got both in the same month!! I my self didn't believe it but it happened.

In this globalization era, many families are doing the same thing. This family is apparently doing everything to play by what's on the books, so?

KingTut: My advice would be to go to Canada. You have achieved permanent residency there, while your family's status in America is temporary. While you may achieve permanent status here eventually, your future in Canada is already secure.

Just my thoughts on the situation.

Well, Yes I achived permanent residency in Canada but I don't know if you are aware of Jobs in Canada for new immigrants, do u ? in US my spouse got a H1B sponsorship from huge pharmacy chain with an annual salary over 100K with promise to apply for green card after a year.

I don't think we will make half of that sum of money. So, what do you guys think?

KingTuT: With all due respect, but educated immigrants are welcome all over the world...as evidenced by your having this dilemma of choosing between Canada and America. I doubt that your wife would have any difficulty finding meaningful and well-paying employment in Canada.

If you choose not to go to Canada, that, of course, is your choice. However, if you're not going to actually live in Canada, don't you think that it would be unethical to accept permanent residency there? It sounds to me like you might be hedging your bets...and potentially abusing Canada's hospitality. I know that's what I'd believe if you were working in Canada while trying to claim residency in America. Of course, America doesn't allow such abuse of its hospitality.

Canada =sparse jobs
Usa= already job 100k and greencard... Pharmaceutical/Medical

Thank you again guys for your times. Well, jobs for canada for new immigrants are only surviving jobs. You can't imagine that wherever you go for emplomynt in Canada EMPLOYERS KEEP ASKING FOR CANADIAN CREDENTIALS! I heard that from hundreds of Canadian new immigrants.
My spouse job in Canada, will not get half the salary and will take at least 3 years to do the equivalences exams to get Canadian pharmacist license. This is also another point that things in general in Canada for equivalencing certificate is lengthy and complicated.
