Question about Marriage-based Green Cards

Hi, I'm planning to apply for a marriage-based green card, and I've got a question about that: I'm going to marry a green card holder who
is in the process of applying for US citizenship. I'm just wondering if there's any difference between the two cases: applying through a citizen or through a permanent resident? Basically, do they cost about
the same time? I guess this would determine whether I'd delay my GC application until after she gets the citizenship. Thank you.

I think is better to get married and apply for GC marriage based after she gets hers citizenship, or if you simply can not wait you can get married but file for GC after naturalization, there are some differences.The fees are the same , but not the procedure and the waiting time, and you can spare some trouble by applying after her naturalization process.
