Had my interview last July 1, at NYC. Filing date was March, 2002... marriage based (date of marriage = July 2001).
Appointment was at 10:45. My husband and I were in the office at 10:00, got called in at 11:00.
Interview itself was 5 minutes long. The DAO asked for our wedding al***, financial statements, my employment letter and pay stubs. She asked where we went for our honeymoon.
Got my passport stamped, and she said the GC will be sent by mail.
Some advise for those with pending interviews: Come prepared and be organized. I had everything assembled with post-it flags, so when she asked for stuff, I wasn't fumbling around for them. We brought lots of evidence of our marriage, and she didn't even ask for most of them.
(DAO must have been in a good mood :-). Seriously, I think she was impressed with our organization and preparedness.
Good luck to everyone!
