    sure you can fly to Puerto Rico with your driver's license.However, you should bring other INS related documents or unexpired passport.Puerto Rico is under Vermont Service Center and therefore if you file for greencard appilication this is done at Vermont not at San Juan.

    Can I fly to Puerto Rico from the continental US with just a drivers license... Can one apply for a green card in Puerto Rico and then move to the US...
