I filed I-130 on September 7, 2001(priority date) for my children ( daughter 14 years old and son 8 years old). I am a permanent residence of USA. It is already 4 years I'm waiting for them. On November, 2004 I got approved . NVC gave me information ,that they sent all my document to Umbassy of USA in Almaty. Since ,I dont have any information. I called to Almaty to find out ,why it is taking so long. they told me that they waiting for visa, and visa allocated . If anybody have a same situation as me can you give me some advice,help. What do I have to do? As I know priority date for I-130 November- is November,2001, so September,2001 was 2 month ago.
