i had the topic help me please and got many repsnoses. well my husband got pulled over for speeding, and had no id on him. he is not legal, but i am working on filing the i-130. We are inTexas, and he is being held in Jefferson county. He said if he dosent get deported he will be held for 6 months. he is waiting to go before the immigration judge. is there anything i can do to help?
