Does anyone know where to file for EAD renewal for Category C(22), I-687 Pending? Chicago or Texas service center? Residence state is NY.

I did the last renewal online so it was sent to the TSC because that's where they handle the E-Filing..
But I bet they will handle the paper form too.. They routed the EAD to MO and that's how the new EAD got processed.

How about EAD through I-687 final late amnesty where we should send I-765 application?
