I graciously accept the nomination or the award.

I would like to say in my acceptance, once I discovered that I defrauded by the lowlife Israeli who was coached by another follow Jewish attorney of the exact steps to take to defraud an American citizen for the benefits of U.S. Immigration through marriage I was sickened to know that this occurs. However, I began my research and found many innocent Americans like myself had been defraud with no recourse for them to fight back legally in the American courts. I knew I had solid grounds to win Annulity of marriage, however when I hired an attorney to fight for Nullity of Marriage, she instead filed for dissolution of marriage. I fired her 6 months later. That is when my fight began, I searched for other family law lawyers who didn't know their head from the hole in the lower backside. They all told me it was difficult to get Nullity, even after giving them the details of my case, they also said I would not be able to ask for community property or attorney fees with nullity. However my research in California found the Putative spouse status in void or voidable marriage. So much for using qualified lawyers in court. I believe from my research that family law lawyers don't want to get involved in a case when there is some foreigner who will be harmed with deportation, so they in so choose to advise clients not to go for nullity based upon fraud when U.S. Immigration is at stake.

I also did extensive research online in different immigration forum, and I read many stories of just how they were defrauded. Some of those cases used VAWA to skirt around the true fraud. I became a fierce fighter for not only myself with fighting back this type of fraud, but I think I chose to take on the cause to fight back for all those fellow Americans defrauded by others for U.S. Immigration based upon marriage.

I had sacrificed alot of my personal life fighting for the cause to win Nullity of marriage based upon fraud, BUT I WOULD IT WAS ALL WORTH IT!!! However it's not over yet, there is the second leg of fighting the U.S. Immigration to find him guility of Immigration Marriage Fraud, I will not rest until the overall justice is served with deportation and lifetime banned and/or jail time served.

On November 2, 2009, I provided a written 2 page letter detailing the fraud in marriage exclusively for U.S. Immigration benefits and the judgment of fraud from the Superior Court of Califonia-Family Law Court to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service Los Angeles office and their fraud unit, U.S. District Attorney office, Department of Homeland security, Immigration Custom and Enforcement and to U.S. Congressman Brad Sherman office to forward on my behalf to the appropriate Immigration authorites, it's now a wait and see what clever waivers an immigration attorney will try to use to prevent deportation.

I thank all that supported my efforts to win in State court, and those who continue to give me the inspiration to continue the fight, however how exhausted I am.

I little advice to those Americans defrauded by foreigners for U.S. Immigration, please don't take the advice of those telling you will never win Nullity of marriage based upon fraud. I will offer my help to find you your state caselaw for Immigration marriage fraud, and help you to agrue your case free of charge.
