Please advise whether a canadian citizen marrying an USC outside of US or Canada in one their native countries where the marriage is to be registered should consider the Processing times for the K3 Visa of the native Country where the marriage takes place or should consider the Processing times of canada only, being a citizen of Canada?
Can a canadian citizen who has the previlege to enter US marry an USC anytime in the US? or are there any pre-requisites for a canadian citizen to marry in US?
The spouse of canadian origin can return to Canada till the visa is received or would be required to stay in US only till the visa is received.
I am not sure whether these questions had been answered in the past and i could not locate any!
