case transfer

i'm waitin' for my I130 approval..n i got a letter that my court is extended to another new date n after that i got another letter says my case is transfer to nebraska center from texas center for speed processing..wut u guys think..is it good coss texas processing date is september 23 and nebraska processing date is august 5..i'm now 2 months back..anybody has idea abt it..
