Mohan - Need Help Please

I had put my situation to u before too. Just to refresh it again, my appeal to Fed court was remanded back to BIA for reconsideration under Stipulation & Order.
BIA has sent their decision now that since the case require finding of fact, therefore, it is remanded to IJ.
My question is does it mean startover again?
What if IJ denies it again, Can I appeal it 2nd time?

hmm! What is your case? What circuit court did you apply to? How long did it take for you to hear from the Circuit court?

Please explain a little more and I might be able to help!

its a kinda good news. your case is remanded back to Immigration judge .he will seek the evidence of your claim and decide.
Make sure you have proper evidence.
remanded back means your case is back in immigration court, thats what these appeal for. write your email here if you want to discuss in details. if you have facts related to you then your case can be adjusted in immigration court.
