I-129 petition processing time at vermont service center

just wondering...my application was also submitted to vermont and i received a transfer notification to texas. my receipt date is june 1 and your is earlier, may 17. did you get your visa already?

just curious, anybody who has H-1B receipt notice dated in May,2006 already gotten approval notice from USCIS by now?

If you have not already done so, I would register with the USCIS so that you can get an update on the pending petition. Vermont has been swamped, from what I have been told, and it takes them longer to adjust the status.

Vermont Processing center is currently at 4/2/2006 for I-129 adjust to change status to H-1b.

I received a receipt notice dated 5/17/2006 for my I-129 petition (H-1B-change of status)from the Vermont Service Center. Today is 8/19/2006 and my case is still pending. I know the current processing dates shown on the USCIS website are not accurate. What is your experiences with the current H-1B cases processing time with the Vermont Service Center? Do you know if they are processing May's cases now? I would greatly appreciate any information and advice on my situation.
