My current wife came to the US as a exchange student. She was married once before to a USC and obtained PR with conditions. She had terminated the marrage before her interview had taken place. We met shortly after she had divorced while both attending college, and recently became married. She had tried to schedual an appointment to see what she was to do, and recently we had learned that the first marrage ending, broke the previous PR and she is now illegal. I reasearched and talked with some people about the situation and gathered that I would have to start the process of PR from scratch. Does this method sound correct? What would be the best way to proceed?
