No Idea Can You Help

Ok let me start off by saying Hi and welcome to my question .

Ok right im a 21 year old out of work male from the UK, Ive thought about moving to the United States for a few years, I always used to say to my mother I want to move to America but she always used to say (because I was young) "don't be silly" im sure every one has heard that from there parents lol anyway I really don't have any idea of what I should do or who I need to speak to or what I should read up on.

So I guess what im trying to ask is if anybody knows websites, books or articles I can read or tell me if it is at all possible for me to live and work in the United States of America

this is basic info are u qualified to do anything in demand? ie nurse, doctor, teacher get the idea? if not marrying someone or temp work permit probley your only choice.
