My wife won 2006 dv visa, she's scheduled for interview next month. Unfortunately, she died on March 3, 2006. Is it possible for beneficiaries to still benefit, that is, get the visa, though the principal applicant now is dead? Thanks.

What if someone dies/buried and his/her status expires after the death?

Are they "illegally" staying in their graves ?

Are the graves subject to deportation?
