  • Gees, what are my options.

    Hello,

I have a sister who just graduated from high school and wants to come to USA for a professional hair cair career.

She does not speak english, but she has good skills in hair cut.

At the same time, it's almost impossible to pay for her schooling.

Do you have any other suggestion on how I can help her out?

First, she should learn to speak English while you save money to pay for her education. Do you think she is entitled to come here and go to school for free? Once she is eligible, i.e. can speak the language and has money to pay her way then she could apply for admission to school and come here for educational purposes. After that she should should return to her home country and use the skills she acquired her. She could stay if she had an employer sponsor her for an H1B visa, but that would be difficult since I doubt hair dressers are in high demand. Your sister's case does not look promising.
