    Well hopefully Shakr.. you will have your interview waived. If your evidences were very good and there is nothing in your file to trigger an interview... you may get by without one and get an approval.


    Otherwise... if you are called for an interview, both must attend. otherwise it will be a denial of the petition. If you are called for an interview, and your spouse is not back to the usa yet... then it is best to postpone the interview and reschedule. Then make arrangements to get her back here as soon as possible to attend the rescheduled interview.

    What I do when I need to attend interview by USCIS?

    It is always joint interview together with spouse.
    Unfortunately,my US citizen spouse is at my home at my home country and due to medical reason not abel to travel to US.
