My husband and i live in cleveland. We want to start filing our 130,485, and work authorization next month? How long does the process take from wherewe are?
My husband is a born citizen but he kind of has a criminal record, will this affect my immigration process? They ask for his pic and social on the form so does this mean that they are going to run a background check on him with his pic and information? Cause if they do, i'm scared that his criminal record will prevent me form even getting my work authorization. Anyone can help me?

Yes, both alien and USC are subject to background check. If your husband has payed his dues to the society for his "kind of" crime, the process will resume without problems. Otherwise, they'll catch up on him...
