  • When residency started?

On march 2004 I 485 adjustment of status was granted by Immigration Judge base on marriage with US Citizen. The plastic green card was received on March 2005, and dated : Permanent Resident since march 2005.
When it is proper time to file for US Cituzenship?

3 years from the date you were granted permanent residency.

    From USCIS Naturalization Guide.

Are currently married to and living with US Citizen,
    Amd
Have been married to and living with that same US Citizen for the past 3 years,
    And
Your spouse has been a US Citizen for the past 3 years.

    Continuous Residence:
3 years as a Permanent Resident without leaving the United States for trips of 6 months or longer.

You can view the Naturalization Guide and more resources on Naturalization here

The date your permanent residence started. It will be on your permanent resident card 'Resident Since'

If you are still married to the US citizen you become eligible to apply for naturalisation 90 days prior to March 2008, as long as you meet all other eligibility requirements such as continuous and substantial presence and have been a resident in your filing ditrict at least 3 months.
The above is simply an opinion. Your mileage may vary. For immigration issues, please consult an immigration attorney.
