I got my approval in mail drove 6 hours to local office, stood in line for 4 hours and in 10 minutes got my temp green card.
Wife has to go for interview, if they stamp her passport will we still have to go back again with approval letter and pictures or can I bring pictures with us and do it all then.

On your letter for the interview it should state what to bring with you to the interview. However, I would bring the phots just in case they ask for them. If they approve at interview they can mail the GC to you as long as they have the pictures.
