please help/I-140/EB-3

Hi all,
I applied for I-140 after i got my labor (PERM) my job position is CEO and its EB-3 catagory, my attorney says because of the job title i might be able to get a visa number to file GC quicker? and iam form Pakistan if that changes anything.
Does it make sense? or he is just running me arround?
As you all know the PD right now is Aug 2002.I really need help please any body have any inputs.
