Spoke with ICE investigator in Philly said they are waiting for file. How long does it take to retrieve a file? I started my INS journey in January of this year with follow-up letters, faxes and telephone calls.
I'm a sitting duck while this felon runs free.

they told me it takes at least a week, I don't know if our situations are the same - the file was coming from Vermont
