  • original or notarized copies of documents when filing I-612?

Does someone know whether to send all original documents when applying for extreme hardship waiver (I-612 form) or send notarized copies?
The documents like a birth certificate, a passport and so on.

    Thanks

If you are in the US them get certified from Court House in your area. Not Notarized.

        Hi Adam,
I am still in US and I am planning to apply when I am still here in US.

        Thank you for your answer.
