  • What should I do???

    Hi,

I was entered in US legally in June 2001 till October 2003. Now, I moved to Canada on September 2004. My question is -

I crossed the border through Rainbow Bridge and I still have my I-94 with me. Am I suppose to surrender I-94? If I don't then would it imply that I'm still in US?

    Pl help.

Don't worry about your I-94. I don't think they really keep track of them. I didn't surrender mine, and guess what happened during my next travels to and from here - nothing.
