Form G-325A.. Why 4 of the same pages?

My wife needs to fill out the biographic info form g-325A to send with the I485. The form has 4 pages but all pages ask for the exact same information. Does she have to fill out the the same info again and again? What are all the pages for?

Also, do I as her husband need to fill out a form g-325A to include with the I485? Thank you.

Use carbon paper to complete the 325a or use the download form and print 4 times. Each part goes to different area. one is retained by you.

Yes as the spouse, you also have to complete.
