i got an answer from a lawyer through the phone
he told me today that during the name check he cannot do nothing
and he knew people stuck in this name check for 3 and 4 years
also he said that if i am inside he would file writ of mandamus but because i am not he cannot do this either
that is what i was expected since the beginning that the name check stage is a problem.

i do not know what to do ProudUSC I am lost
and desperate cause I do not know what to do at all.
