if k visa holder makes another entry to US,or inspected and paroled into US,after the parole and/or new admission,the K status is no longer valid,since the new classification attaches to the person upon reentry or parole.True or false?

False. To get an advance parole, one has to file for adjustment of status. So, when returning to the USA with the AP that person continues to be in "pending AOS" status. However, using the AP exposes that person to some risks (difference between being admited and being paroled).
I assume this is about K2 visa holder case where K1 did not marry the original petition. K1 /K2 can't even file for adjustment of status if it is not based on a marriage to original petition.
