I have a AOS case pending (married to usc) and would like to visit my parents. My OPT expired in 06/21/02 and my receipt date of AOS was 07/21/02. I also have my EAD card Is it okay to apply for AP? I have never overstayed.Any help is appreciated

Yes, you can get an AP for one year and can renew it until your case is approved.
