Guest repliedHow sweet! However, I suggest you do it the right way. It's likely that she will be denied an immigrant visa if she violates the 30/60 rule. It's just not worth the risk and all the worries you're going to have. Either have her stay (if her visa and I-94 permits) for more than 60 days then get married, or send her back first and then apply for a fiancee visa (which I think is the safer way). Good luck!

I'm thinking about having my g/f come up to visit a mutual friend of ours and asking her to marry me after she's here.
