Yesterday I had my naturalization interview..everything went perfect..I had no other tickets except one for disorderly conduct(misd. class c) which was also expunged after I took deffered adjudication back in 2000. Immigration Officer told me that as per the record there was nothing against me but he was still waiting for background check results, so my application was put on pending till backgroud check comes back. Any experience. Please advise..Thankyou

in the form N400 what do you answer for 15,16,17,18,19,20 question for moral character requirement. Please let me know. I was also charged with one misd class c and got pre trial diversion and my case was (charges) dismissed after that.
Did the officer told you anything about it.Comment
