Transfer of immigrations case

Hello all,

I am thinking of changig my wifes GC application office. We already have submitted our I-485 and other relevant forms.

My wife is from brazil and we are applying for her GC.
We got married in California since that is where a number of her family members live including her elderly aunt who she lives with.
She will be moving in with me in Vermont since that is where I have been living and have my family and job.

My question is. Will there be any problem if I request the case me moved to Vermont?

We already moved from our old address in CA and may not get our mail on time.
Do you think that this may constitute a dismisal if we miss the finger printing interview.
