J1-R to H1 ...Please help

I am on J1 R Visa, recieved favorable notification from the DOS regarding No Objection wavier...before 2 months

However i have not recieved No Objection from Texas Service Center (BCIS)

Following are my questions (PLS HELP)
1. What are the chances of rejection
2. What is timeline on when i will get a result
3. My employer is ready to sponsor a H1 can i go ahead and apply for H1 or need to wait for BCIS

4. Is there a phone number where we can contact texas service center for status inquiry as on my notice the time line is 150-200 days while i was told my the national customer service line that it is 2 months
5. Is there a way to speed up the process (getting a lawyer etc...)
