I have taken pain reliever tablet and side reaction was drowsiness. so I was hospitalized in emergency room at 4 PM. and after midnight at 2 PM transfer to psychiatric hospital for observation inspite of telling them i am all right. Imagine my position among psychic people. at that time I was perfectly all right. no drowsiness at all. but as per procedure i was supposed to be there up to 72 hours. Doctor came at 4 PM after 14 hours and me & my husband
Talk to doctor that there is nothing wrong. no depression at all. I am perfectly all right.Main doctor immediately understood the case. I was discharge on the spot without medication. I was pass thru Horrible situation on that day of my anniversary . case Interesting and simple.

N-400 form par 10-A-7 says_---

Hi Desi-perdasi, I think the anser is yes. EVERY PATIENT IN PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL THINKS HE IS OK AND FINE.Whereas they are not normal.Let the specialist say u are ok.

There's a record of your care in the institution, complete with doctor's and nurse's notes. Unless you want to be dishonest, you should state your experience as it was.

You must answer that question honestly, and be prepared to show documentation from the physician who discharged you outlining your case and treatment and showing that you were committed for a medication reaction, not a mental/behavior problem. That should help.

I request you to read carefully.
To be honest always.
72 hours is always a observation time.
I Was release within 12 hours. This proves there is no problem. I am ok.(Dominik)

Doctors does not prescribe any medication at all.
This shows no problem at all.
What this indicate to us that there si no problem at all nor any symptoms now.
