Applying for Green Card

I have a few questions about the green card process!

I have filed the local labor certification and it is now 2 and 1/2 years. Finally they are in the month when my LC was filed.

Now to my Questions:

The next step is to file for the federal (National) certification. How long does this take?

My lawyer has not posted the Advertisment of my job yet. How long does that take and when will the LC be filed at the National Level?
What paper work do I need to file for an I-140 and I-485 form together?

When can I apply for an EAD card?

Do I need to tell my lawyers that I want to file for the I-140 and I-485 together?

After your LC is approved, you can file I-140, AOS I485 and EAD I-765 together. in about 3 - 4 months after filing, you will recieve your EAD. you should ask your Attorney to publish advertisement asap.
